You have no right to upload any material of our Site or in any way modify or interfere with its contents.

Virus hacking & other offenses
You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, spiders or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Changes, Cancellations and/or Refunds Policy

I understand the fare/rate/price conditions of my ticket/document relating to Changes, Cancellations and/or Refunds (from the airline/hotel/service provider/supplier) are advised at the time of purchase.

I understand that If, after my purchase with Qgoonline has completed, I wish to change my booking in any way, Qgo will try to accommodate these changes but it may not always be possible to do so. All changes are subject to availability and I will be required to pay any increase to the cost of my booking as a result of your changes.

I understand that certain travel arrangements may not be amended/canceled after they have been confirmed/ticketed/vouchered and any alteration/cancellation could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100%.

I understand that I need to notify Qgoonline with these changes, amendments and/or cancellation request at least 48 hours before departure/check-in/service date. This notification request for changes must be made in writing and communicated via email to help@qgoonline.com .

I understand that Qgoonline will apply service/administration fee of KWD15/- (equivalent to USD45/-), per ticket, in addition to any fare/rate difference and change/cancellation penalty fees from the airline/hotel/service provider/supplier.

Linking to our site
Upon our written permission only you may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

Our Site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our Site other than the home page by way of so-called “deep linking”.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
